First post shows different than other posts

Hi, I’m new to this forum and to this theme. The issue I have is that the first post on the main page shows different than other posts. The first post shows in one column, and it’s very big. Same thing happens when I use the search box for example, the first post is big.
I would really like to make all posts look the same, in two columns. Thank you!
