First post not appearing

Hi everyone,

I seem to be completely stumped by this, so any pointers would be much appreciated. I’m using the Pico theme (fork of Mimbo), and for some reason I can;t get the most recent post to display on the homepage (I get posts 2-3 rather than 1-3).

The relevant part should be where it says GET FIRST THREE EXCERPTS
