First plugin I get a virus.

The very first plugin I tried to download was one called “no ping wait”. I did a search on Google and went to a site to download it. As so as I downloaded it I got a virus and had to have my p.c. fixed. Now I’m scared to download plugins. Can someone post some reputable sites to download some? Thanks.
