First photo in the feed is greyed out

    Hello, thanks for the great plugin. We currently have only one glitch, The photograph that could be viewed a few days ago is greyed out now. It is the first picture on the first row at the most left position. Thank you for your support.

    Hi @cesanwp,

    Thanks for contacting us! Please first go to WordPress Dashboard > Instagram Feed > Settings > Manage Sources, and if you see any error or warning on the source for you connected account, please delete and recreate the connection.

    Then while still on the settings page, go to the Advanced tab and click the Reset button next to Optimize Images. Then click over to the Feeds tab and click Clear All Caches.

    If this does not correct the issue, please send us a support request here, include the System Info from the Help page of the plugin settings, and we’ll be happy to investigate further. Please only include the System Info in a support request through our web site as this should not be shared on the public forum here.
