First page dose not load but single posts & some caegories are OK

Hi, Yesterday I installed the latest version of WP and some plugins, It was worked properly until last night that suddenly first page of website did not load:
https://dastan-ir.com/2nd/
and it gives the error: The page cannot be displayedbut single post like: https://dastan-ir.com/2nd/?p=132
and some categories like: https://dastan-ir.com/2nd/?cat=4
work properly.
Administrator panel also is OK!Dose any body have any idea what is going on!?
