First non-latin character of image name

  • Hello! I found the previous non-latin issue thread seems closed so I open a new one regarding non-latin.

    I have downloaded the latest version for trying.
    The issue:
    If the first character is non-latin, the character of the filename will be truncated/removed.
    eg. 防uv

    If I put it somewhere else like
    eg. hat 防uv
    then it works.

    So I think there is a mechanism problem for the first character of the non-latin character.

    Hi @simongcc,

    How do you do this? I have tried editing the title (through the Renamer Dashboard), and applying either a title aa防a or 防aa. In both cases, I have the 防 character still in.

    From your point of view, should it be removed? Transformed into something else?
