[[first-name]] [[last-name]] not working?

  • Today I sent an e-mail starting with [[first-name]] [[last-name]]

    But everyone got the same first-name and last-name in the e-mail. Using wordpres 5.8.1

  • I am getting the same issue. I am wondering if there are any plugin alternatives. Because I will have to start sending impersonal emails.
