First name last name are missing in the billing address checkout page

    Hello.
    Some sections are missing in the billing address of checkout which results in not being able to place an order on mobile device.
    The missing fields are below
    First name
    Last name
    company name
    phone
    email address
    Shipping first name
    Shipping last name
    Shipping company name
