First Name and Last Name Not Saving to WP User Profile

    Hello.
    New user’s first and last name are not being saved.

    We enabled the fields in the ADD FIELDS TO NEW USER REGISTRATION FORM.

    We have tested it out a few times.
    The fields are still blank in the WP user profile.
    It is recording the Nickname as the first name in the WP profile.

  • What page are you using for registration?

    The plugin was designed to work on the default unmodified wp registration page only.

    If you are modifying the default registration page with any other plugins, and/or taking registrations on a page other than the default page, then my plugin will probably not work correctly.

    I am using it for/with LearnDash.
    It was recommended.

    All of the other functions work but when I look into the User’s profile, the first and last names are not being recorded.
    Yet, when new user’s get their automatic WP email, it states their first name and last name in the email.

    May you advise, please? Thanks
