    Hi,

For a few weeks I have been receiving emails for registration requests, which no longer included the values for the first and last names. The values for all the other fields were present.
Normally the first and last name on my site are mandatory for new registrations.

I’ve tested the registration request page again a few minutes ago and I have confirmed that the first and last names I entered were correctly stored in wordpress but they did not appear in the email I received as the webmaster for the approval. The other fields were well present in the email.

So what can prevent the emails to include these information whereas wordpress correctly stores these information ?

    Thanks
    Nicolas

It’s possible that there are some mixed up shortcodes and/or field meta names, but if you’re using the standard setup and haven’t changed anything in the notification email content in the Emails tab, then that’s less probable.

Are you using a cache plugin? Object caching could be the cause.

I’ve not changed the configuration and this suddenly stopped working. However, I’ve just upgraded to the latest version (3.1.1) of wp-members and now it is working again.

    Regards
