First Load filter

    Hi is it possible to have it load from the first letter that is not empty for example just the A instead of the full glossary, my list is very long and it struggles with such a long list its around 100 items only have it on a local test at the moment, but would be nice to not have the entire list load at once, please let me know if there is any way to do this?

    So I tested and the first page crashes with the amount of items I have for the glossary I have 25.0000 words that is why I asked if there was an option to not have the all page load first or even remove the all link, the plugin seems to have a hard time to handle so many items
