first image repeated

Hi, it sounds like there must be two links to that same media file. FancyBox does not filter out double links so it simply repeats that same image.

How have you set it up on your site? Are you using a single thumbnail to open up a complete (hidden) gallery maybe?

I only have 1 link to the media file, but it repeats the first image. I have the product image and i have product images gallery but it only repeats the product image. Even if i don’t have product images gallery it will repeat the product image.

Can you share a link to your site? What ecommerce plugin are you using?

OK, got it. Looking at the /abiage-doodoo-caozinho-azul/ product for example, I see the image is there on the page twice and both times linked to the same large version. That’s why FancyBox displays the image twice.

Best to set one main Product Image and add other images to the Product Gallery but do not repeat the same image there…

ok, i see what you mean. the image presented on the fancybox is the same but it cames from different images (“babiage-doodoo-caozinho-azul.jpg” and “babiage-doodoo-caozinho-azul-128×128.jpg”). although i didn’t set that image to be on the product gallery, but that’s another issue. thank you so much for your help. cheers.

That’s strange, I have a Woocommerce site where I can define the “featured” product image (same as normal featured post image) and then define gallery images below that. On the front end, the first image is not repeated like it seems to be on your site.

Wonder if that is a Woocommerce settings somewhere or if it’s related to the theme…

that’s what i’m thinking too.
