First image not showing?

For some reason the first image in the gallery does not show up. If there are 3 images, then only thumbnails for images 2 & 3 are shown in the gallery, though the first image thumbnail does show up in the album selection screen as a cover thumbnail. Anything I can do to fix this? – Thanks!
