    Hi,

I use “Featured Images in RSS w/ Size and Position” to add featured images to my blog feed on https://www.blockchain-expo.com and on a seperate site https://www.blockchain-expo.com/europe halfway down the home page you can see “Blockchain News” where feedzy pulls the posts through. It has been working great but recently it seems to be ignoring the featured image and showing the next one, though I think the images are still in the feed as before.

    Thanks

    Hey,

This is happening usually because you feed no longer has the featured image in it.

Our plugins fetch the images as you send them in the RSS.

Let me know if you need anything else.

    Hi,

Thanks for the response, but the images are definitely in the feed. On closer inspection it seems that jpg images are still working but png and gif images are no longer recognised.

    Hi,

    Sure, its [feedzy-rss feeds=”https://blockchain-expo.com/feed/” max=”6″ feed_title=”no” target=”_blank” title=”100″ meta=”no” summary=”yes” summarylength=”400″ thumb=”yes”]

    Thanks

All the feed items already have a featured image so it’s not possible for us to check. Are you not getting it? Let us know. ??

At the moment the first of the 3 articles is not displaying the correct image – the article “Microsoft’s Seeing AI demonstrates how artificial intelligence can improve lives” is displaying the second image in the article. But the featured image is definitely in the feed.

    Thanks
