First Email in English, Subsequent in Site Default Language (re: Woocommerce)

    The site is default Chinese (Hong Kong) with an English (UK) option.

    When the user places an order using the Eng interface, the confirmation email will be in English as well.

    But when the order is updated through Woocommerce admin, subsequent emails are back to Chinese.

    Any idea?
