first day of the week and timezone

First of all i would like to thank you for this briliant plugin, as it works just as needed and was looking for such a thing for quite a while
thought, if i may, i would want to suggest you a feature(s)
It will be absolutely great if we will be able to set first day of the week and timezone within this calendar, and if possible to use custom days of the week, so it will work in other languages than english
in any case thanks alot for your great plugin, keep it up!
