First class support

We implemented 2FA authentication for our website using the Google Authenticator with the plugin.
Setting up the plugin was very simple and intuitive. To register, we use the plug-in User Registration, which worked with the plug-in immediately without doing anything.
However, you cannot avoid the paid version if you want to use the plugin and these features.
When installing the Pro version, the free plug-in must be uninstalled and the paid one downloaded and installed. It was not immediately obvious that you have to do that.
That’s why we got in touch with the support, who answered very quickly and helped us. Then we had contact with the support again as we
need a German translation. The support provided excellent support for this problem and told us how we should do it.
