First Class Shipping Label

    Hello there,

    I’m using latest version of wordpress, woocommerce and woocommerce services in my website
    I am offering free shipping to all my customers.

    When I want to print shipping label using USPS woocommerce services, it doesn’t show me the first class option, it is just priority mail options.

    I only have set up 2oz weight for my product. no dimensions.

    I have tried many possible option but couldn’t solve it. Also I have read all the other support ticket but is seems that this issue still exists.

    Any idea on how to fix it?

    Hello @tatifox,

    Since your product doesn’t have dimensions, you’ll need to define a box to ship it in. You can do so at WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Packages.

    Once you’ve defined the box, you can selected it in the packages step:

    You should see First Class in the rates step afterwards:
