First Class Mail

    Hello!
    I was doing some testing and noticed that the first class mail does not match USPS.com rates.
    For example:
    10.4 ounces on your plugin comes in at 3.18 but USPS.com comes in at 4.14
    Also, when I change the weight to where the total weight is 13.4 ounces First Class is still an option even though USPS does not allow weight above 13 ounces for this shipping class. Any suggestions?
