First Class Letter Option Gone

    Many of the items I sell are thin and flat (vinyl stickers) and I send them at the first class letter rate. I was able to do this as recently as yesterday. I haven’t changed anything, but today when I try to print postage, that option is no longer available. Since the packages are less than 1/4″ thick, ground advantage is not an available option either. I can resolve that if I have to, but that would also mean raising my shipping prices, which I’d prefer not to.

    Was something changed in the plugin? Is there something I can do to get this option back?

    I’m using WordPress version 6.4.2, WooCommerce 8.4.0, PHP 8.1.47

    The plugin was updated 3 weeks ago with a minor change.

    Most of the issues are related to the shipping configuration. So, it is worth double-checking it first.

    To check if a shipping zone you expect to be activated is actually activated, add the built-in Flat Rate shipping method with an outstanding title. If it comes up on checkout, the zone is activated.

    To check if a WBS shipping method is activated, add an empty shipping rule with a clearly identifiable title. If you see it on checkout, the method is activated.

    If still no clues at this point, it is time to check if there is a conflict. Temporarily deactivate all other plugins and switch to the default theme. Then, get things back one at a time until the issue is back. Make sure to enable the WooCommerce shipping debug mode during testing.

    On the front end, customers have all the same options available they always have, but I’m missing shipping options that I used to have on the back end.

    The shipping methods are all activated and appearing on checkout as they should be. The issue is that when I try to print postage, I no longer have First Class Letter as an option. I only have more expensive options. What do I need to do to get the First Class Letter rate back?

    The Weight Based Shipping plugin does not have an option for printing. It would be better to reach the support area of the plugin you use for printing.
