    I’ve been able to create WooCommerce Services shipping labels with tracking numbers using First Class USPS for a month or so. I’m using a custom dimension package. It’s been working great this whole time.

    In the past few hours, I’m no longer able to purchase First Class USPS shipping labels with tracking numbers. It’ll generate the label, but no tracking number. Priority generates the tracking number, of course.

    I know there’s an option with First Class USPS to add the tracking number to the order, but I don’t see a place in WooCommerce for that setting to be enabled/disabled.

    Ringing any bells?

    Glad I’m not crazy. I chatted with Woo support and they told me it should have never worked, but I’ve been doing it for months! I know tracking numbers are optional for first class USPS if you’re ordering direct, but there is no option in Woo to enable/disable this option. It’s just “off” now.

    However, I tested this anyway and I could not replicate the issue. You’ll want to confirm the address is correct and that there aren’t any errors reported under WooCommerce > Status > WooCommerce Services.

    I’ll resolve this thread here but you can post your concerns on the WooCommerce Services forums if you still have troubles.
