• We were having some difficulties setting up the opt-in to properly assign new users to the correct groups for mailings in our ESP, and the customer support team patiently worked with us to identify the issue and help us test the fix until we were confident we were ready for launch. We’ve only been working with OptinMonster for a short time but already feeling like the value is proving out.
