First chat only showed premade questions now it can’t open (bugs in console)

  • First chat only showed premade questions now it can’t open. I found the div class fb-customerchat in search console and it showed this mistake three times:

    Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘addEventListener’ of null
    at (index):643

    Hi @runepackwise,

    It seems like you have some Javascript errors on your site. I would recommend removing the Javascript libraries you’re loading, one-by-one, to see which one is causing the issue.
