First byte time

Hi,

I’m very satisfied with wt3c but I’m having problems with the first byte. My site is currently on F, which is not good. And I have a quite good server. So, my first byte time is about 3.2 seconds, which is killing my site.

I have in total 38 plugins, some of those are inactive and i use now and then, like wp optimize and previewer for example. And i use buddypress. So I’m getting out options here on how to fix this problem.

Anyone, any idea?
