First Backup and Getting Errors in Error Log

    While backing up, I check my error log in the CPANEL and I’m getting a whole bunch of these errors:

    [warn] ID: 249108103180 File: XXXXXXX wp-admin/admin-post.php Rate : 10000000 Minimum : 256 Size rate : 10000000 IP: 115.87.43.151 hostname: XXXXXX

    Many of these are coming in every second. What does this mean? How can I resolve it? Thank you

    From the post I cant tell if those are from WP BackItUp. However, the plugin does post a request to the server every few seconds during a backup to check the status of the backup. WordPress core does something very similar to determine if a user is logged into the dashboard . Hope that helps.
