• Hi,

I don’t understand the logic of assistants or Rule in booking for First and Second Shift? If the Salon is open 9:00am to 5:00PM and the assistant also works that same time, I still need to set it up as two shifts?

Also when doing a test booking it presents me with random times like 15:00 or 16:00 but no other times show. The calendar is new and free, no other bookings and it does not show availability.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

if you don’t have any break during the opening time just set the second shift as the first shift.

    Hi,

for the second issue I should look at your settings, but probably is because you wrongly set the booking rules inside “settings > booking rules > online available days”

    Hi,

OK so if there is no break and I set second shift, the first can be anything?

Also, I did more testing and this only happens when I turn on to chose Assistant. I set the assistant first and second shift exactly the same but still did not work. I turn off the selection of assistant and it works.

    Hi,

I didn’t understand the relation between the assistant and the rule shifts.. could you explain better this problem?

    Hi,

OK sorry I will try to be more clear:

I set the rule for example First shift = 9:00-12:00 and second shift 12:00-17:00
I then set Assistant schedule to the exact same.

    1) If I turn on the assistant selection I see some availabilities here and there like 14:00, 15:00 but not the whole 9:00-17:00 in the front end.

    2) If I turn off the selection of assistant I see all availabilities 9:00-17:00 in the front end

Not sure why if they are both identical and made sure assistant is available same hours. I wonder where it’s seeing time block for the assistant? There is no reservation or anything I’m just testing.

    Thanks
