First and Last Name Required but still Empty

    Hello – We have a strange situation where we have first and last name required in the form, and the front end appears to require them as expected and in our testing it rejects the form if either is left blank.

    However, roughly 1/3 of our users are able to complete registration without filling in their first or last name.

    Could you please provide a screenshot of the Submitted data of one of the accounts that has no First and Last name?

    Please go to WP Admin > Users > hover on the user > click on the “Info” link.
