first and last name not saving in wordpress backend

  • When a user register to the form the first name and last name is not being save in the backend and in the profile page and in the email notification the {submitted_registration} list is missing, but the other information is being saved in the backend and in the profile page. then when I tried registering a new user while my admin account is logged in the first name and last name is being saved in the wordpress backend and the email notification {submitted_registration} list is complete.

    does anyone know how to fix this? i already deactivate the other plugin and the UM is the only one that is active, tried uninstalling and installing the UM + use the default theme but nothing changed. I dont know what to do anymore, can anyone help me here.

  • This is most likely not a UM issue, but did you actually select both ‘First Name’ and ‘Last Name’ fields from the pre-defined fields manager in your registration form?
