First and last name new subscriber not saved

  • Hi guys,

    when using a signup form, the first and the last name of the new subscriber are not saved.

    In the Signup Settings for the form, I have checked:

    – Collect First Name
    – First Name Required
    – Collect Last Name
    – Last Name Required

    Any suggestions?
