First and Last Name fields

    I want to replace the single name field with two fields for first and last name. How is this done?

  • Simply create two required text fields, like this:

    [text* firstname]
    [text* lastname]

    add placeholders if you wish, save the form, then go to the mail tab and you’ll see [firstname] and [lastname] mail tags available to put in the mail field.

    I should have also added remove the name field from your form first.
