first and last letters only with asterisks between

    How to change first calunm to first and last letters only with asterisks between?
    If I want to use your plugin pro, I have to solve that problem.
    In the first column to be exposed, the middle characters should be hidden. Please.

    And do you want all entries in the column to exhibit this behavior?

    Only the first column should be applied.

    In WPFORMS, the text field of the first column is the user name, I want only the first and last letters to be displayed and the rest to be treated as asterisks.

    It is for security because it is a matter of showing customer information.
