    Hi @protestkit, thanks for detailing the issue you’re seeing.

    It sounds (from the 0% and firewall still showing as active after deactivation) like something is stopping data from being written correctly or blocking certain actions that Wordfence tries to take on your site.

    Rather than speculate on other possible server CDNs/firewalls, or WordPress plugins that could be a cause, you could send us a diagnostic report so we can take a look. You can do this from Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics to us at wftest @ wordfence . com. Click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.

    NOTE: It should look as follows – Screenshot of Tools > Diagnostic > Send by Email
