    Hi! Since a couple of days I am using CleanTalk and it seems every visitor sees a countdown firewallpage for a few seconds. I checked all my settings, couldn’t find anything (I am not that technic), followed your instructions to other people with this problem, but that didn’t help.
    ————
    ? WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Advanced settings —> set the option “Complete Deactivation” to “On” —> Save Changes;
    ? WordPress Admin Page —> Plugins —> Installed plugins —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Deactivate and Delete.

    Then install it again:

    In another topic I read about a problem of real visitors locked out and it gives me the creeps to imagine that my website is some kind of fortress people (read ‘potential clients’) can’t get in. Can you please help me out/check my settings? https://www.devcon-eco.nl

    Hello, @annelies-p.

    I’ve just visited the website you mentioned:
    https://www.devcon-eco.nl/

    I clicked a few pages, used different IPs, no firewall screens popped up.

    You can always see your logs here:
    https://cleantalk.org/my/show_sfw

    If you want to disable the option, you can do it here:
    ? WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Anti-Crawler

    Thank you.
