Firewall configuration on Kinsta

Hello,
I just installed your plugin on a website hosted on Kinsta and followed those instructions:
https://www.wordfence.com/help/firewall/optimizing-the-firewall/#on-kinstaKinsta support added the auto_prepend_file file path for me, but the warning in WordPress asking to optimize the firewall is still there.
Is it supposed to be? Should I just hit dismiss?
