    Hello,

    The firewall limits me to use another plugin to import photos & products from another website. My web host has checked that “The block rest API issue occur due to Wordfence”. Please let me know how to solve this problem.

  • Hi @leipsyart,

    If Wordfence is blocking another plugin, such as an import photo plugin you described, can you try these steps to get Wordfence to whitelist this plugin?

    1. Go to Wordfence -> Firewall -> All Firewall Options
    2. Set the Status to Learning Mode
    3. Save Changes

    Now try to import your photos, if it works, then go back into your Firewall and set it back to Enabled.

    Hi Dave,

    I cannot find the learning mode. It has passed 7 days already. Please let me know how I can change it

    Hello Dave,

    I’m unable to find the Learning Mode button. It disappeared after the learning mode period (7 days)

    Please advice how I can clear all setting
