    Hi Team,

Had to do some tinkering to get back into the plugin due to an I.P change using define( ‘AIOS_DISABLE_LOGIN_WHITELIST’, true );.

All went well until I tried to add the new IPv6 and v4 into the Firewall: Advanced Setting: Allow List.

The issue is it wont allow me to put more than one I.P in when moving to a second line. I have tried all wildcards with no change. The message I get is: XXXX:XXXX:XXXX::/48 XXX.XX.XX.XX is not a valid IP address format.

It’s like its not detecting that it is on two lines. Not had this issue on the User Security: Login lockout: Login lockout IP whitelist settings. As well as the Brute Force: Login whitelist: enter whitelisted IP addresses

Please do advise. Can this be done manually until resolved.

    Regards

    Hi @poppydev,

Can you please share that IP addresses using https://pastebin.com/? you may use burn after read option.

    2001:db8:1263::/48
    195.47.89.234

I have used above IP addresses in allow list for Firewall > Advanced Settings, It had saved settings.

This is what I have used : https://pastebin.com/Ae8MmzJV

Works fine else where except this section. It only allows me to add one, even though they are both on separate lines.

Just to add to this, its doing it on other sites I have setup with the same I.P wildcards.

When checking both sites I noticed when trying to save that this error appears on search console:

TypeError: t.trigger is not a function
    at f (jquery.blockUI.min.js:14:9083)

Which is a file that belongs to Woocommerce: /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/assets/js/jquery-blockui/jquery.blockUI.min.js

This error in search console doesn’t appear anywhere else when adding/updating settings inside your plugin. It only appears when I try to add the I.P.s to Advance Settings under Firewall.

Now both of these sites have WooCommerce on them. I haven’t tried another site without the plugin but will update here if its this that is the cause.

EDIT: I have now tried on the third website that had locked me out due to IP range change. This one doesn’t have WooCommerce and still cannot add multiple I.P’s to the Firewall: Advance Settings section. Still get the pop-up saying is not a valid IP address format etc.

Not sure what could be the cause. Will keep going through all my sites to see if one of them allows me to add the I.P’s

    Hi @poppydev,

Thanks for identifying this issue. I will create an internal ticket to solve this issue.

    It seems AIOS 5.3.2 issue.

You can install WP Rollback plugin and rollback to AIOS 5.3.1 save those IPs and the again upgrade to AIOS 5.3.2

    You’re welcome.

I can add one I.P for now which works fine and will wait on the fix.

    Hi @poppydev,

    We have solved this issue.

Can you please uplaod the below zip as Add new plugin to replace existing AIOS plugin.

    https://gofile.io/d/nWYNsS

Let me know if it solves the issue. This fix is going to be in the next release.

    Regards

I just found this and it helped me, thanks. I couldn’t download the above file, but what did work was to downgrade to 5.3.1, add the IP addresses, then upgrade to 5.3.2 again. The IP addresses that I added were retained.

    Cheers

    Hi @hjogiupdraftplus,

Thanks very much for the link. Unfortunately it says ‘this folder is empty’ when I click on it.

Is my work around to set the allow list using 5.3.1 then upgrade to 5.3.2 appropriate, or will that not work?

    Cheers, Tony

    Hi @projectmm,

Sorry, that link also seems expired, The next version AIOS 5.3.3 will be released soon.

    It will have this fix.

Yes that workaround will work, but if you have to add new IPs to the whitelist have to do it again so have sent that fix zip.

    Regards
