    Hello @fritzk70,

    Please check the following options in the plugin settings and save the changes:

    WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Security by CleanTalk —> General settings

    • Disable REST API for non-authenticated users;
    • Disable the WordPress endpoint “users” REST API;

    Did it help?

    Hello.
    We haven’t heard back from you in a few days, so I’m going to mark this thread as “resolved”.
    If you have any further questions, you can start a new thread or contact us via our private Ticket System: https://cleantalk.org/my/support/open.

    We’re having a similar issue on many of our sites. I don’t understand where I’m supposed to make these changes based on your comment. Can you provide screengrabs, please? Or the exact wording for what it is that needs to be changed? Example: Forms to protect > Custom contact forms > On

    Hello.

    Our recommendation was regarding the Security plugin. In the Anti-Spam plugin you can find the similar option ‘Use WordPress HTTP API’ here: WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Advanced settings —> Data Processing section —> set the option Use WordPress HTTP API to ‘Off’ —> Save Changes.
