Firefox/IE Menu Problem

    I just inherited a site and noticed the navigation menu does not render properly in Firefox and IE9. It renders fine in Chrome & Safari. There is a logo in the middle and menu items left and right. The third menu item on both sides drops down. I believe this site was built using TwentyTen theme as a starting point. Any tips would be appreciated.
