firefox vs internet explorer

Because those images are .png and IE doesnt view PNG files right. Option is to remake them as gifs and change the code?

the reason there are differences are due to the fact that Firefox is a standards-compliant browser…it takes what you have as code and renders it EXACTLY as is…Internet Explorere, on the other hand, thinks it is smarter than the coder…if there is an error in the code, IE displays it based on what it thinks you meant the code to mean, not what it actually says…and this is why i don’t use IE…

I use Firefox all the time and just discovered that when view by IE, the website is a mess!

You can really tell when you juxtapose it with FF & IE.

Just a note of caution. Getting the thing validating is an imperative first step. But it might still bork in one browser or another. If it is come back. But no one can fix it in that state. It is not the forum record. We had one the other day at 450+ errors. ??

Thank you for the caution. I’m switching themes from ProSense Redux to a different one that works well with both IE & FF till I can figure out how to fix the errors. Your support is appreciated.
