Firefox (somtimes) not adding VAT

    We have installed Jigoshop and set the TAX to 20% and the majority of the time the VAT is added and charged to the customer.

    But i have found on my version of firefox (29.0.1) the VAT is not being added to the product on purchase, looking back through some of our sales this has been the case for a few customers.

    Please can someone help as im not sure whats going on with this.

    A quick update on this i have found if i remove all cookies and history from firefox the VAT is added but after a while it start to not work again.

    Does anyone have any ideas.

    We also just got another order that came through with no VAT added.

    Do you have newest Jigoshop? There was much work covering VAT issues done.
    If not, please upgrade.
    If yes, please post your Jigoshop System Info to [email protected] for further investigation.

    Im currently running Version 1.8.1

    Please use newest version – there was fix for that issue done recently.
