Firefox Problem

Hi, I just started using MAB and love it. I put up my first box and it works perfectly in Chrome and Explorer but does not work right in Firefox

Since that shopshot, I’ve added a couple more input lines and anything below the First Name line, is ‘off’ just like the email line in the snapshot.
I’m using Infusionsoft code. Any ideas? Thanks!
