    Hello @mezcal26

Thank you for your inquiry and I am happy to assist you with this.
I’ve checked this on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and IE and I am not seeing the issue. On all the mentioned browsers, the preview is the same as the actual downloaded document.
This is possibly just cached in your browser, so please try to hard reload the preview (Control + Shift + R) or clear your browser cache and see if the issue persists.
    Thanks!

    Hello Marko,
I cleared firefox cache, browsed the page in anonymous, changed PDF name, installed firefox on a new, different pc, but firefox still show the old version of PDFs.

I can’t believe you can see it correctly. The difference is in the first box bottom left: old one has only text, new one has a “Istituto Giordano” logo.

    Thanks.

    Hello @mezcal26

    Thank you for the information.
To confirm the issue is related to W3 Total Cache, can you please temporarily disable W3 Total Cache and see if the issue persists? IF the issue is still there then the issue is not related to W3TC.
    Thanks!
