  • Hi sammymaudlin have you got the latest Firefox version installed?

    Yes. Version 31.0

Have you deleted the browser cache? Do you have any plugins that might interfere with websites? Another question how is this related to this plugin?

    Regards

The only reason that I thought it was related to the plugin is that the plugin is the only thing on the site that has a “calendar.js” file associated with it. That is the file the redirect was looking for.

I did clear the cache and that did not do it. I eventually solved it though by resetting Firefox. For anyone needing do that, instructions are here https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/reset-firefox-easily-fix-most-problems

I have no idea how/why this happened. Your plugin is awesome and I use it on several other sites without problem (Firefox included) so unless it was a conflict with this particular theme or another plugin, then I now doubt the plugin was the cause.

I apologize for insinuating that it was but at the time the “calendar.js” was the only clue I had.

Hi sammymaudlin I am happy you were able to resolve your issue. No harm done in thinking it could have being this plugin ?? I probably would have done the same as you.

If you don’t mind can you mark this support thread as resolved.

Remember if ever you have a problems with the plugin simply ask and we will be more than happy to assist you.

    Kind regards

“calendar.js” file is not part of this plugin.
    this plugin uses ctf_epoch_classes.js
sorry you are having trouble but something else is casing it

Thanks mbrsolution. Your understanding is appreciated.

Mike: I realized that long after I posted this. It turned out that calendar.js was associated with a “Contact” form that I was using on this site in 2012. I completely forgot about that. So when I saw “Contact” and “calendar.js” I immediately thought of the Contact plugin that I am currently using.

So, my bad, and I apologize again.
