Firefox not allowing input into field

The issue is simple, and it is not related with the plugin.

You are using the plugin in a page that includes this styles file:

https://aerialandhandlingservices.com/website2test/wp-content/themes/simplicity/css/form.css

This file defines two class: form_line and form_line_textarea, that positioned the div tags where is applied, over the form’s elements, and is not possible access to them (use the developer toolbars included with the browsers, to detect where are applied these classes)
