Firefox loading infinitely since upgrade to 2.2.4/2.2.5
-
Hi folks,
I experience a strange behavior in Firefox since I upgraded to 2.2.4/2.2.5.
When I’m logged to the backend, it happens quite often (ca. 80% I guess) that the page in backend is loaded but the green loading circle sign of firefox runs infinitely/permantly.
Also on the Dashboard, where the Jetpack-Statistics are displayed, it goes that way and in addition to that, the Jetpack-Statistics are not loaded, when the green firefox loading circle goes wild.
After a “Shift”-Refresh of the Dashboard page, it loads correctly most times.
Also when I’m logged in, the frontend pages also show this strange behavior. When I log out, frontend-pages work out correctly in firefox.
Also when I log off jetpack or deactivate it respectively. Then backend/frontend of Firefox do not show this strange behavior and load much faster in Firefox.
As pages are loaded completely (despite the Jetpack-Statistic at the dashboard), it does not much harm. But the never-ending-firefox-loading-circle is a pain in the ass for my eyes always get distracted and Jetpack-Statistics are not loaded on dashboard.
I tested this strange behavior on Firefox 18, 19 and 20. On other browsers like Chrome or IE, erverything works perfectly.
Any ideas? Anybody made the same expirience?
Thanks for your inputs in advance.
Cheers, Hannes
