Firefox Issue

  • Hello, we are having a weird issue with responsive on firefox.
    Whenever you use our site on chrome (tonpsy.fr or tonpsy.com) it all works.

    However on firefox the menu seems wrong and the logo dissapears. Is it a firefox bug?

    It is really weird… i think the problem is the top menu of customizr in firefox that doesnt seem to follow responsive rules

    I see your pain! However, vanilla Customizr works fine in FirefOX (I use it everyday).

    OK, there’s always 2 symptoms we need to eliminate first.
    1) Plugin Conflict
    Deactivate all plugins
    Test if OK
    If OK, reactivate plugins one-by-one to find the culprit

    2) Corrupted Install
    If using a Child Theme, Activate core Customizr in Appearance>Themes. If problem fixed, then your CT is the problem.
    If not, Activate a different Theme (eg twentyfourteen). If problem still persists, then not a Customizr issue. Try reinstalling/updating WP to 3.8

    Final step, refresh Customizr in Appearance>Themes by Deactivate-Delete-Add

    I’ll lay money on #1 ??
