I’ve checked your site using Firefox and I’m being able to close the popup without any issues, see video https://screencast.com/t/vTrMGjnXtosx.

Did you manage to fix it or am I missing something?

I’ve had something like this happen to me. The popup glytched out after I used Firebug on it. It would not close and when I refreshed the page it would go away but would not repop on test mode until I closed Firefox and reopened it. After closing and reopening Firefox it worked fine.

Thank you for taking time to post here. I’ve tested popup in Firefox using Firebug to try to recreate this but I wasn’t able to.
