    I recently started receiving this error when I click on a “lyte-nd” video:

    Firefox Can’t Open This Page
    To protect your security, https://www.youtube-nocookie.com will not allow Firefox to display the page if another site has embedded it. To see this page, you need to open it in a new window.

    It displays in the frame where the video should show when I click the overlay image. The error does not appear on Chrome, Edge, or Safari.

    Any ideas or suggestions on what could be the issue?

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Being an avid Firefox user myself, I have not seen this message yet Damian. I visited your site and I was able to play the video there as well;

    Might this be a FF configuration or addon issue?

    Thank you, sorry for the false alarm (or happy for the false alarm??)

    I started FF in safe mode to turn off plugins and extensions — just 3, I have a very vanilla install of FF — and it worked.

    …and of course, once I switched back to normal FF it still worked <sigh>. I should have just followed true-and-true IT support advice and “reboot it and see if it helps”.

    Thanks!
