FireFox and possible IE issue

The placeholder is not being shown on my client’s form in FireFox and IE. Please see https://vinderstrategi.dk/webshop/strategi-i-vindervirksomheder/
I found https://contactform7.com/setting-placeholder-text/which states that a script is fired on older browsers but it doesn’t seems to be working.
Can you help me out?
