I was interested in using your Dflip plugin but it shows the background with no pages in FIREFOX.

I read the FAQs and documentation, I searched this forum for “Firefox” and nobody’s asked this question.

    Does Dflip work in Firefox?

    Thanks,

Hi, Please go to this site to see of your Browser supports WebGL,
    https://get.webgl.org/

Do you see a spinning box?

    Yeah, I see it here.

I think it’s your WebGL implementation in Firefox.

Sure we will check it out.

Can you share your device model, OS, its version, and the Firefox version?

We will create a similar environment and check thoroughly.

    Inspiron 1705, 32-bit Windows 7, Firefox 79

Read a .pdf without WebGL enabled. I marked this resolved.

    Deip,

It appears you offer “Normal,” “Thumb,” “Button,” “Custom,” and “Link” (5).

dFlip Lite displays shortcode for thumb and button.

Why is button shortcode displayed for use in lite?

    Thanks again,

@deip I need the ability render direct links to books.

I can generate direct links using dFlip Lite. I understand rendering (of direct links) is limited to paid versions of this plugin.

I have specific concerns like lifetime of registration keys because I don’t even earn $100 and would like to discuss this (concern) via email.

Is it possible to chat on WhatsApp here? Thanks, Nathan

    Hi Nathan,

It’s fine, no problem. Are you not able to use other plugins?

They should have links with them. There is no compulsion to use our plugin ??

    Deip,

You asked the question that needs to be answered: what I can use to drive customer sales!

In fact, my process to chose dFlip (so customers can preview their purchase) started with research then progressed through installation, implementation, and customization. You can furthermore note this happened after Smashwords.com refused to publish a book for release in December without the final chapter ready today and Amazon.com DIDN’T know that its own Look Inside The Book won’t preview books selling for pre-order (in December)!

What led you to answer me with such a question? Is it because you know your business has no insurance for a lifetime license?

If it’s more about collecting money than respect for you then you may want to try SELLING books like Amazon! Again, Amazon made Look Inside The Book but it doesn’t sell that. Amazon sells books but it made investors confident about lifetime.

    Kindly,

    Nathan

    Hi Nathan,

Maybe we are out of sync here. And I have misunderstood some points.

I assumed that the lifetime cost of our plugin is not affordable so I suggested to use some other plugins since I cannot force customers to buy my plugins.

I have specific concerns like lifetime of registration keys because I don’t even earn $100 and would like to discuss this (concern) via email.

We have been developing this plugin since 2016 and are still supporting it. A lifetime license will provide access to updates and support as long as this plugin will be developed and available.

I don’t have WhatsApp I will be installing soon.

    Best,
    Deepak

    Dee,

You have persistently supported this plugin!

Given your unwavering technical support I wonder if you want details about another glitch I noticed in 1.7.3.5?
